My name is Stephen “Stepto” Toulouse, and I am the new Head of Community at Toptal. At the age of 28 and already a top software designer and developer specializing in languages from JavaScript to SQL, platforms from AWS to Magento, and a long list of frameworks and methodologies, Matthew was very popular with clients and his peers. His website at Matthewosborne.com hosted a litany of testimonials and proof as to his abilities in providing solutions to challenging issues. He had a history of both seizing and providing opportunities through his company Pro Site Builders.
Hailing from the Georgia region of the Southern United States, Matthew was active in his church and the community as a young man through the American Boy Scouts program (attaining the extremely rare badge of Eagle Scout).
