At Allianz, I led the Agile transformation of the life insurance department, which impacted around 200 employees. My role involved comprehensive team coaching, leadership coaching, and executive leadership coaching, all of which aimed to restructure the department to embrace Agile methodologies. I introduced Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban, through targeted coaching sessions tailored to the department's specific needs. I conducted workshops and sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

My coaching extended to leadership, guiding managers and executives in adopting empowerment, transparency, and adaptability principles. Additionally, I restructured the leadership framework to improve clarity and efficiency.
