About the Event

eRum — the European R Users Meeting — is an international, nonprofit conference driven by open-source and R enthusiasts. Everyone is welcome to join, to learn new things, and to participate in more than 50 talks and workshops.

Andrew Collier, a Toptal developer and data scientist, will give a talk titled Taking the Bayesian Leap. Join him on May 15th at 4:10pm for an entry-level discussion about the Bayesian methods, writing models in Stan, and the use of rstan. You’ll gain insight into what you need to know to start applying Bayesian techniques in R.

eRum continues May 14th through the 16th. For more information, please see the event website.
