Arlington Ruby Meetup: Write Better Software with ACRUMEN

July 25, 2018 at 7:30 PM | Arlington, VA, United States

Toptal Speaker

About the Event

Arlington Ruby is a group of local Rubyists who meet to share knowledge and techniques for Ruby development.

Their next meetup takes place July 25th, 7:30-8:30 PM.

The event will feature a talk from Dave Aronson, a Toptal developer who will share his definition of software quality and his approach to this complex question.

A long time ago, Dave boiled this problem down to six key aspects, with simple names and relatively simple explanations, taking many points of view into account. The result is summed up in the acronym ACRUMEN. This talk looks at each quality aspect in turn, defines it, explains it, and gives some guidance on how we can achieve it.

For more information and to RSVP, please see the event website.
