These monthly events allow Speakers Academy participants to practice their public speaking skills by demonstrating a well-formed idea in under 10 minutes, followed by a brief Q&A session. As an attendee, it’s a fun way to spend an hour learning about interesting topics.

As Product Managers, one of our accountabilities is to build and communicate the product strategy. To do this, we prepare roadmaps that outline the product strategy over time.

However, we can’t forget about our audience. Different stakeholder groups focus on different types of information. In this presentation, we will discuss how to tailor a product roadmap to satisfy the needs of various stakeholder groups.
