Created content-driven UX designs for new product pages for Canon Europe to support their recent launch of new cameras (EOS 7D and PowerShot G7 x). Conducted research, content mapping, wireframing, user testing, and analytics review.
Worked on concept development, interaction design, and testing to enhance and refine a cloud-based photo management platform - irista from Canon. Projects included: optimizing the platform for tablet and mobile, integrating the photo printing and photo book creation functionality, syncing with Adobe Lightroom, and other tactical enhancements.
Assisted with a complex Axure prototype for user testing of a new concept for www.legalandgeneral.com (financial organization).
Developed detailed user flows and interactive wireframes for a professional printer selection widget for a reseller’s site.
Led the user research and insight work stream to inform the Customer Strategy for Affinity Sutton (housing provider), including the development of detailed user segment profiles and user journeys.
