- Back in October 2005, while I was in college, I started working at Indicius as a project manager.
- Initially handled all the communications with our US partners and started to help the design team with small tasks.
- Became more involved with design, taking over the art direction of all type of websites, but never stopped being involved in the management aspect of the projects, nor in the communication with our clients. Eventually becoming the lead designer, running a small team of 5-10 in house designers plus several freelance resources.
- Worked closely with our development team; front & back-end developers were part of our weekly meetings from the start of each project.
- Led a few workshops in the office in order learn and transition from waterfall to Agile methodologies.
- Over the years became more passionate about the user experience; incorporating to our workflow processes like wireframing, persona development, use cases, and user testing.
- In 2016, became partner at Indicius.
