- Led the design of a digital epidemiology network that improves disease detection and surveillance in Africa.
- Designed a product that helped scale up COVID-19 testing capacity in Nigeria. Within the first three months, we increased testing capacity in Lagos, Nigeria, and had 43,000+ respondents on the platform.
- Co-facilitated a design sprint focused on creating a more inclusive information communications technology (ICT) space for people with disabilities in Kenya.
- Designed an admin dashboard to manage the database on a social network analysis platform for which we had 500+ sign-up requests, 382 approved requests, and a total search of 799 in the first few weeks of launch.
- Designed a system that helped increase COVID-19 self-testing capacity in Lagos. The new system increased usage by 30,000 requests, and 13,000+ tests were performed with 91% accuracy, 99% validity, and 100% completeness.
- Collaborated with the development team to ensure the superior quality of the product design and cohesion in the delivery.
- Conducted usability test sessions to ensure that the design solution meets the users' expectations, aligns with business decisions and is easy to use.
