Christian currently designs for Uptime, an ed-tech startup out of London. Previously, he helped Danish startup iPaper double its growth, designed a product that raised $45 million in funding, and was instrumental in saving British Gas £700k/year in costs during their digital transformation project. Christian has also worked for KPMG UK, award-winning design agency Beyond, and Google, Warner Brothers, Disney, and the UK Ministry of Justice.
Saved the company mid-six figures in costs by helping move offline capabilities online and by improving the support experience.
Designed new user journeys and ran hundreds of usability testing sessions in our in-house lab.
Investigated opportunities and designed solutions for how the support experience could be improved. This included enhancing the current design, analyzing data, conducting usability testing, and stakeholder management.
Prioritized the backlog with our product owner and helped her with the product strategy, as well as doing stakeholder management.
Ran workshops together with my product team and third-party matrix team to understand the big picture of the problems we were solving.
Christian is a mentor in the Toptal Global Mentor’s Program.
