Digital Design

  • Senior Product Designer

    2019 - 2020
    • Worked in the growth team and focused on in-product growth working across multiple teams and products. My main focus was on activation, retention, and monetization of customers while keeping the business, product teams, and existing users in harmony.
    • Developed value and feature-based content which proved to be successful for sign-ups for the Atlassian product store: an in-product place where existing users can see the most relevant products that they can use based on what they have paid for.
    • Led the design discovery and validation of the integration point feature that allowed Git users (Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab) to connect and work streamline within Jira software.
    Technologies: Principle, InVision, Sketch, Figma
  • Senior Designer (Product/Visual)

    2016 - 2019
    Sydney | Fjord
    • Worked with translators in Cambodia to deliver My Money Tracker, a Khmer money app made specifically for Cambodians. We used a simple design system to reflect their environment and established a universal icon language.
    • Consolidated multiple apps into one and helped existing users understand MyFoxtel products and packages and brought the business into a modern space. MyFoxtel app is a free app that helps you manage your cable TV account.
    • Led the project the Sound of the Web Experiment: an R&D exploration about how data might help explain and contextualize sound in new ways of learning and comprehension. We were sent to Spikes Conference in Singapore to present it.
    • Developed a data visualization pattern to help the Australian Taxation Office better see and understand how their budgets were being spent. Originally an illustration, work was begun to imagine what this would look like as a real-time tool.
    • Served as a co-lecturer and judge for Tractor Design School's contest, App Interface Design.
Technologies: Adobe CC, Principle, InVision, Sketch
