  • Improved the conversion and usability of multiple online degree marketplaces for nonprofit state universities. This allowed them to better compete with for-profit colleges and increase their enrollment numbers.
  • Increased university application completion rates by designing a user-centered college application that minimizes the frustration often associated with lengthy web forms.
  • Increased the efficiency and usability of university personnel by designing a tailor-made CMS for online higher education marketplaces. The CMS allowed them to streamline their process for updating online course information and publish immediate updates.
  • Improved the university personnel’s comprehension of complex web analytics by designing a simple reporting dashboard with high-level metrics and explanations of data most pertinent to them, thereby allowing them the ability to make more informed decisions about their degree programs.
  • Worked with developers to increase the internal company efficiency by designing a system for Ranku employees to easily make minor updates to the website and product without needing to utilize development resources.
