Designed and prototyped an in-store tablet app called Phone Advisor for Orange to be used as a self-service tool for customers in Orange's retail shops across Europe and Africa.
Led product strategy and UX for a new consumer-facing web service around ink replenishment for Canon's range of connected smart printers.
Served as interim head of UX for Evrythng - an IoT SaaS platform for connected products. Responsible for mapping/optimizing user journeys, developing a robust user research plan, and prioritizing UX deliverables to launch three new SaaS products.
