- Led the rebrand through the product department, including web, app, photo frame, and calendar frame. Visualized a seamless user journey through different aspects of the company.
- Highlighted UX pain points through the existing customer journey to improve the experience, such as simplifying the onboarding flow, creating consistent copywriting, and restructuring profile and device settings.
- Created a component-based design system to simplify designing and programming in the future.
UX/UI Designer
Eon
- Redesigned a booking flow that brought back the minimum amount of steps the user has to do to 1/3 of the steps that the booking flow had previously. The maximum number of steps a user can do has been returned to 2/3.
- Built a new brand identity by redesigning the logo and creating guidelines on color, including dark and light mode, typography, imagery, grid, and indentation.
- Redesigned the app creating a new booking flow to unlock the Tesla with your phone. Added an improved reward "fun gamification" system to make customers choose and return to this company.
- Recreated the marketing website; it was the last step in creating a consistent design language across all Eon platforms.
UI/UX Visual Designer
Wehkamp
- Redesigned the Wehkamp webshop and developed in-depth elements and pages that could be used for many years. Created a UI library and brand book for my colleagues to iterate on during future projects.
- Designed a combined discount mechanism that offered new discounting possibilities built within the current Wehkamp website and app.
- Created a buying guide to help users find their product of choice from thousands of them, preventing the paradox of choice.
- Redesigned the Wehkamp app functionality to improve the app engagement by using the hook model.
- Designed an internal tool to manage three product recommenders on the website—shop the look, product sets, and product add-ons.
- Created a complex account overview page that contains orders from DHL and Dynalogic, drop-shipment orders, sold out, canceled or not delivered orders, DHL and Dynalogic return, drop-shipment returns, combined return flows, and open invoices.
