  • Worked as a lead UX consultant on various projects, from integrating new GSM technologies or regulatory projects to new product releases. I was part of the digital team on a contract basis.
  • Designed user journeys and wireframes for the new eSIM technology, which demanded an utterly different activation requirement as there would be no physical SIM card. It had a lot of complexity between phone brands, tablets, and offline processes.
  • Created over 500 pages of wireframes to describe PAC and STAC code retrieval for transferring existing mobile numbers between providers. This project also required user journey work to understand how customers can switch to a new provider.
  • Developed user journeys for new product purchases, such as 4G tablets and eSIM phones, to define how a user can discover, select and go through new checkout journeys.
