Redesigned the core application's navigation to create a better delineation between the user's data set and various visualizations that included a timeline and a swimlane view.

Tiny Hearts (Acquired by Shopify 2016)
Designed a cross-platform (iOS, Android, and web) application for a nonprofit (The Learning Partnership) to help high school students better navigate career options. Branded Real Talk, the app went on to more than 10,000 downloads and numerous features by Apple on their iOS App Store.
Led a design sprint for a Canadian fintech giant, Wealthsimple to help optimize their mobile onboarding which was significantly lagging behind their web platform. The solution generated was A/B tested with their existing onboarding and boosted mobile signups by double-digits.
Helped PumpUp—the Instagram for fitness—redesign their core mobile navigation through rigorous user research, rapid prototyping, and usability testing. Also, designed an in-app coaching experience to enable personal trainers to interact with their users to provide customized mean and exercises plans via their in-app chat functionality.
Designed a mobile app for an edtech startup called Akindi to enable educators to create bubble sheets, grade them using a scanner as soon as they got in and distribute test results instantaneously to their students.
Helped a media company explore the mobile space for individuals interested in creative arts and crafts and diversify their existing product offering catering to them on the web and TV.

2014 - 2015
Worked as a lead UX designer for Second Cup's mobile loyalty app—second only to Starbucks in Canada—the application was rolled out nationally to great fanfare and success enabling customers to purchase drinks, food, and collect points in the process.
Led UX/UI design for the TJX loyalty web app. As the holding company for brands like Marshalls, Winners, and Home Sense, the web app enabled customers to collect points using a responsive bar code and see a dashboard outlining their rewards and upcoming promotions.
