Irina is a UX designer with 16+ years of experience in
creating functional applications for the web, mobile, and desktop. Her work as an interaction designer is deeply fulfilling to both her analytical brain and wild creative side. She enjoys building wireframes, prototypes, and getting user feedback through interviews and usability studies. The projects that Irina values most are the ones where she can make a difference.
Irina is a mentor in the Toptal Global Mentor’s Program.
This program is a partnership between Toptal and General Assembly to provide high
quality mentorship for students from minority and low income backgrounds who are
looking to begin their careers as professional designers. Irina
shows commitment to diversity in tech by mentoring a General Assembly student every
week for a year, covering everything from design tips and tricks to advice on making
it in the industry.
