- Acted as the lead designer and product owner of Epson, TPV Phillips, and many other projects. As the lead designer, I worked with a design team of 13 professionals. As PO, I coordinated project squads from seven to nine professionals.
- Coordinated and designed BI projects with AR and a computer vision project for a 4.0 industry and factory floor solutions.
- Led design teams of many different scopes and types of usability principles applied, like CRMs, PWAs, logistics, factory floor control, AR for 4.0 manufactory, drone security vigilance for Google and Cisco, HR with artificial intelligence, trade marketing, ship fleets and many more.
- Headed a machine learning solution for the factory floor, applied at 4.0 manufacturing for PCB electronic board production with computer vision and smart recognition by video and board relief of PTH (pin through-hole) components.
- Designed an SMT BI dashboard for production managers, planning decisions and productions for factory floors based on the capture of SMT machine logs.
- Acted as the PO and lead designer of a white label solution for any factory floor production. This project is based on R&D IT laws and uses government taxes to increase IT know-how in Brazilian industries.
- Coordinated the design thinking for squads with varied types of product hypotheses for market validation and research of users' real needs. Brought innovation to variables types of markets.
- Created the design ops of the R&D institute, applied in every single design project. Decreased development cost and scaled design with a complete design system built for the web, Android, and PWA.
- Designed a drone vigilance solution for companies like Google and Cisco through NightinGale Security.
- Created a design school at the R&D Institute. Prioritized training based on research with the design team. Traced the types of deliverables, main assets, and usability artifacts needed on all institute projects. Compared two or more years in order to create solid research.
- Created the usability lab and trained the team to perform user testing, usability reports, design studio dynamics, design sprints, design thinking, and brainstorming techniques.
