- Led the design of three products in our company portfolio.
- Helped bring one of those products from closed beta to market. Presently focusing on product-led growth and introducing a self-serve onboarding funnel.
- Worked with PM and engineering to define the roadmap, created user flows and stories, and scoped projects.

Charles Schwab
- Contributed to the award-winning digital trading experience team, specializing in options trading and owning end-to-end design across iOS, Android, and responsive web platforms.
- Rebuilt the options trading experience to add new functionality to the product, easing the transition of TD Ameritrade customers onto the Schwab platform.
- Led all design activities related to options trading while working heavily with the accessibility team to ensure compliance and with the design system team to help build out new components and patterns to fit options trader's unique needs.

- Led a design project from scratch to a fully vetted prototype that would later become a new product offering from IBM called Monocle.
- Mentored new designers, developers, and product managers on IBM design thinking.
- Redesigned the workflow of creating regulatory data backups on Spectrum Protect.
- Designed cloud data storage options into Spectrum Protect.
- Redesigned various parts of the UI of Spectrum Protect to increase usability.
Interaction Designer
Zoosk
- Redesigned the store/checkout experience which resulted in a 15% increase in revenue.
- Designed a way for users to submit a video that was used to verify if their pictures were accurate, this project was patented.
- Redesigned the messaging inbox experience to utilize the Zoosk matchmaking algorithm to prioritize messages. This project was patented.
- Designed a companion product for couples to be used after they left Zoosk. This was designed from the ground up.
- Performed extensive motion design work on the Zoosk product across iOS, Android, and web apps.
