Senior User Experience Designer

- Helped create the new platform for video production on LinkedIn Learning. It involved multiple teams in different areas, such as content managers, talent, video production, sound recording, finance, and more, across continents and time zones.
- Designed an app that aims to bypass the traditional and largely outdated application and hiring process and reinvent it by using video technology and artificial intelligence (AI). The app won the Red Dot award in 2022.
- Led the UX DesignOps team in the company, identifying the areas of improvement and defining timeline goals that fit our OKRs for each team member involved, allowing us to create efficient workflows and improve the quality and impact of our work.
UX Architect

- Worked on heuristic analysis, research, information architecture, wireframes, visual design, and user testing.
- Collaborated with creative directors, project managers, and developers.
- Created, as a UX designer, a mobile and desktop website for a pharmaceutical product satisfying all the industry's standards and completing it with comedic component.
- Crafted the UX and UI of a desktop platform for creating estimates for the client's communication products, and at the same time, for educating new employees on how to create a great estimation.
- Designed, as a UX and UI designer, a platform for a company's employees, which was delivered in stages; I handled the first one, creating requests for educational items that later had to be approved for other roles during the process.
- Developed management skills by establishing timelines and resources and mentoring junior designers.

- Remotely, created a platform for builders and marketing experts to manage events, tasks and visualize them on a timeline. Provided both UX and UI services.
