Scorpion Design
- Worked as director of design for the operations suite. This included a web-based CRM for field service companies to keep track of all the elements of their business (customers, estimates, invoices, payments, messaging, employees, taxes, and reports).
- Worked as director of design for the field services native mobile app. I was responsible for the full lifecycle of development from design systems, UX, user flows, high-fidelity designs, prototyping, development, and QA.
- Created the onboarding and configuration workflows of their new AI chat product. Mapped out the architecture of their advanced settings and AI training platform.

- Led the UI/UX design to help companies create products to simplify their user experience and scale their products.
- Managed the entire lifecycle of product development.

Plowz & Mowz
- Designed a platform for customers to order outdoor home services and another for service providers to pick up jobs. This included an Android, iOS, and web platform. Created a design system and art directed all products.
- Managed the development team, copywriting, and design for all products. Met with key stakeholders to define initiatives, then used agile and scrum methods to plan, manage, and complete sprints.
- Directed, produced, and handed off designs, workflows, and prototypes. We used Zeplin to manage the handoff of designs, InVision for prototypes, and Jira to manage sprints.
- Tested every build until the product was ready for release. Submitted and managed builds to the App Store and Google Play Store.
- Created training documents for the in-house team and supply-side users.

- Worked with Relo to design two responsive web portals: client and technician versions. Led with a mobile-first approach, as the clients would often be placing orders from out in the field.
- Directed and defined their brand style guidelines and created a library of elements.

- Passed off designs in Zeplin and worked with the development team to explain and clarify the functionality.
