Developed proposals and workflows to accommodate customer needs: incorporating customer feedback sessions and stakeholder workshops to facilitate customer-centric outcomes.
Ran guerrilla research efforts to uncover divergent user insights.
Created resources/templates for internal use to leverage for each project—improving efficiency in completing and presenting work to clients.
Brought a number of new UX methodologies to Holler, such as A/B and multivariate testing. This improved Holler's ability to prove ROI to clients and resulted in greater success rates and more work won.
