Studentfone
  • Designed the proposition and main service of a virtual mobile carrier targeting students.
  • At the time, it was first mobile carrier in the world that was whitelisting Facebook and similar services from its fair usage policy.
  • Defined the personas, the product, and its benefits; validated the proposition with groups of students.
  • The product is running in Vodafone infrastructure. I defined its properties with the Vodafone tech team.
  • Created the product website and its content.

Online Communication Specialist

T-Mobile CZ
  • Responsible for the strategy of about 70% of the online campaign activities of T-Mobile in CZ (excluding Facebook, Twitter and the corporate homepage).
  • Responsible for the landing pages for the campaigns; created and maintained about 6 of them.
  • Responsible for the touchpoints that had about 100,000 visits/week.
  • Main task was to make sure that T-Mobiles tariffs and propositions would be communicated in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Made a "configurator" that would suggest the best tariffs based on the current customer's spending.

  • Started to work on a project of Avast for Mac.
  • Created a new concept of Mac's antivirus UIs.
