Served as the lead designer for a product that generates actionable insights designed to save time and boost revenue. As the main UX/UI Designer I was in charge to take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for customers. I designed more than 5 features in less than 2 months, testing every week with more than 10 people internally and externally.
Collaborated with the research team to identify with 5 different clients, in a period of 1 year, research topics and present research findings through user personas, user journeys and experience maps. I also participated in rounds of research and usability tests with more than 50 people in order to understand better the mindset of our users.

Designed the brand book and all the 200+ assets/materials (icons, stationery, presentations, logos, and symbols) ensuring that we had consistency in our deliverables.
Designed Gradient's website in order to reach more clients and new employees for the company. Together with HR and the video director, we created more than 15 photos and video content in order to enrich our internal pages to make it more attractive to the market.
Hosted co-creation and prototyping sessions with clients in order to align expectation with them and generate the best alternatives according to their needs. Every session we used to leave with the best 3 alternatives in order to start developing them in the next week.

Designed an app for doctors to prescribe medicines and treatment to customers and these customers they could schedule new appointments.
Designed an app to alert people in case of theft. This app was linked to smart jewerly, once activated, alerts people close by and the authorities.
Designed a webapp to manage startups and mentors in the HOTMILK accelerator of startups.
Collaborated with the marketing managers of the Brazilian offices in order to implement new strategies to improve the conversion rate at the AIESEC platform.
Helped Turin’s committee (Italy) to receive an award for being the best committee at marketing area in Italy in June 2014 through online and office marketing campaigns.
Designed the whole campaign of the two biggest local conferences for the Curitiba’s Committee (Brazil). As a member of the conference team and the lead designer, I create the logo, promotion video, stationery, T-shirts, social media content and material for all the workshops during the days of the conference.
Hosted some brainstorm sessions into the local committees in AIESEC Italy and Brazil. The outcomes of these sessions were to come up with actionable ideas to improve our conversion rate of voluntary employees and voluntary exchange participants for local projects.
