- Served as the lead design strategist for the Emakina agency, guiding a 12-person design team on their work with various A-listed global clients.
- Delivered UX and service design for a startup in the senior living space.
- Owned product delivery for the first large Canadian and American clients as the sole all-around designer for four years before building out the design team in the senior living startup.
- Performed UX and service design for a startup in the process industry. This included designing the full Viewport cloud solution, on-site user testing, setting up the design system, and redesigning the cloud experience.
- Designed an end-to-end system for iOS devices to measure the temperature and accuracy of food delivery to hospital rooms for Apple Healthcare and the Morrison Hospital catering group in the US.
- Worked directly with Apple to onboard a client in the Mobility Partner Program.
- Delivered UX and service design for Saniori, a facility management startup with Brussels Airport as its main client.
- Designed the UX for Trendminer, a startup in the process industry acquired in 2018 by Software AG.

- Owned the UX of mission-critical software used by pilots and dispatchers in the aircraft and dispatching rooms.
- Focused on the cabin crew briefing app, connect app, flight plan review and acceptance module, load distribution software, fuel orders, take-off and landing performance calculations, and other back-office and communication platforms.
- Performed most of the research and service design in and around northern Scandinavian airports due to harsh flying conditions and edge-case take-off and landing performance calculations.
- Managed a Polish development team, in a product owner-like role, for a metro version of the Aviobook, which was sponsored by Microsoft.
User Experience Architect

- Gathered clients' functional requirements, crafted wireframes, created prototypes, and set up user tests.
- Designed the UX for a wide variety of projects, ranging from simple campaign sites to highly complex planning applications, content sites, and mobile apps.
- Worked with Sony (Edinburgh, Scotland) on their Q&A platform and trained Sony's European community managers when it was released.
- Provided design services to banks, telecom operators, music festivals, and car brands. These included Tomorrowland, Record Bank, Mobistar (now Orange), Toyota, and the Zoo of Antwerp.
- Played a key role in receiving the IAB Silver MIXX Award in the brand awareness category for the Duyvis Hottest Bar campaign.
- Designed the UX for multiple parts of the Antwerp Port Information & Control system.
- Delivered the UX design for multiple parts of the Aviobook platform during its startup phase before joining the startup as its full-time UX manager.

- Worked on a 9-month USI Industrial Services project on differentiated mobile user experiences commissioned by the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e).
- Researched, designed, and prototyped a set of differentiating mobile apps for Vodafone to boost sales and customer retention for its OEM devices.
- Coded a prototype of gesture search in ActionScript for the first Nokia touch devices. I was commissioned one year later by Google Labs for the Android platform.
