Contributed to the launch of the Hyatt digital experience—building out a mobile and wearable hospitality app that would expand the Hyatt brand in terms of leading revolutionary technology across all their properties.
Worked, with a team, for 13 months designing and building out a “smart office” for Cushman Wakefield that was also integrated with a mobile app, a custom developed enterprise system for collaboration and time management, as well as a virtual-reality-enabled client emersion room.
Helped Press Ganey reestablish their brand as the strongest source of improving patient experience by building a product development and UX department from the ground.
Organized and fixed the issues with Press Ganey's products; there were 14 legacy products with feature overlap and inefficient data reporting functionality, as well as severe tech debt that was causing clients to build their own analytics systems or go to competitors.
Strategically partnered with internal development teams, onshore and offshore vendors to acutely focus on identifying new and improved ways to innovate and transform experiences through a single source of truth, PG Online.
Built out a new insight-driven analytics and reporting tool that could be scaled for each client and department of their healthcare clients; utilizing Tableau, Sisense, and several other third-party systems and integrations.
