    • Created a new design system from scratch, including creating color and type styles, a logo, and component library comprised of over 100 custom components, and a multi-platform grid system that supports web, tablet, and mobile screens.
    • Spearheaded the design feature releases, leading to the app being featured on Apple Store charts, nominated for the app of the day, and mentioned in publications, including TechCrunch, Tubefilter, Yahoo, and VentureBeat.

    • Improved the iOS, Android, and chatbot experiences across six client brands to help customers understand their payment options as a visual and conversation designer for a Fortune 500 utility client.
    • Supervised a team of analysts as a designer and content lead on a global eCommerce retail website redesign, content assessment, and rebranding initiative to build brand awareness and improve customer loyalty among a younger target audience.
