- Managed design processes. Curated a design team consisting of five designers.
- Upgraded the visuals of products to help product owners plan new promotions and tournaments, assisted by better visual language resulting in more engagement.
- Created a style guide from scratch. Designed every process and visual element used on our new website.
- Redesigned the Crypto Casino website. The new version integrated modern and high-end features to make the players' journey more enjoyable.
- Created the Sports Booking platform. Designed a mobile version, where I planned the UI and UX, cooperating with the product owner to deliver the final version.
