- Helped the product and engineering team fix the usability issues of the existing modules, prioritizing the UX debt and designing UX for the new modules.
- Created deliverables, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UX scorecards, competitive UX evaluations, etc., to help define the vision and execution for solving real user problems.
