About the event

Agile methods have significantly improved software projects management, especially Scrum has been established as a leading framework. Some elements of Kanban are often used to support the Scrum process, which led to the misunderstanding that Kanban is the same or a part of Scrum. This lecture will explain the basics of Kanban, management and metrics, as well as basic differences between Scrum and Kanban.
