Toptal is supporting the IDEA conference with over 200 designers and developers anticipated in attendance. The IDEA conference is hosted at the computer science department of the Poznań university with support of the local startup scene. Poznań is one of Poland’s leading IT outsourcing centres. The conference is organised in order to incite the creativity among students and promote student entrepreneurship.
The conference focusses on international entrepreneurship, from a product design and development perspective giving attendees valuable advice on how to combine technology and design with business and how to make products succeed on an international playing field. Guest speakers will discuss the best ways to finance and organize their own business and how to connect Poznan with the international startup ecosystem.
