About the event

The XIII Linux Week will be held in Bogotá, Colombia at the District University Francisco Jose de Caldas. This is an event with national visibility, in which we let the community and people know more about free software and its advantages for societal progress.

During the week, students, teachers, software experts and users will converge and discuss the philosophy of free software. The main topic this year is the use of technologies for human development. Throughout the event, there will be presentations on web development, video games, free software tools, culture, and free software philosophy.

If you want to learn about the world’s latest policies for free software from an academic perspective, please join us in Bogotá for this great event.
