About the event

Women Who Code is a global non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology careers. They provide an avenue for women engineers to network, support each other, navigate their career, gain new tech skills, improve existing skills, and develop leadership skills to set them apart in their career. On February 13th, Toptal is proud to partner with Women Who Code Sofia for “How Remote Work Helps Women.”

Asia Lindsay, Europe Community Lead at Toptal, and Filip Yankov, Associate Product Manager at Toptal, will discuss how Toptal empowers women in the tech industry and will also offer attendees an opportunity to learn more about Toptal.

During their talk, Asia and FIlip will share statistics of how many women make up the tech workforce, explain why diversity is important, showcase Toptal’s women initiatives that aim to promote diversity, and highlight the benefits of remote work, especially for women.

The event will take place at the VMware Bulgaria office - Bernard Iztok Tower starting st 5:30 PM. For more information, please see the event website or contact Asia Lindsay.
