    • Advised clients on financial and strategic opportunities including corporate M&A, securities offerings, and capital structure. Notable transactions included the buy-side advisory of a $600 million pension fund in Latin America. Part of the project included performing a standalone valuation of the target based on precedent transactions, comparable companies, and dividend discount model analysis. Also led extensive business and financial due diligence sessions in conjunction with other ongoing transactions.
    • Advised on the sale of $500 million private middle-market commercial finance platform in the US. The transaction involved the development of board of directors’ presentations, confidential information memorandums, management, investor and rating agency presentations and internal committee memorandums.
    • Led and managed the pitching and execution process for multiple financing transactions. This process included building models to support transaction recommendations, as well as the development of presentation materials, security structuring, internal board and rating agency presentations, investor marketing and roadshow coordination, and oversight of offering circular drafting with legal counsel.
    • Restructured $2 billion worth of capital for a $10 billion market cap insurance company. The transaction included the issuance of senior and mezzanine debt, a successful consent solicitation and a repurchase of warrants owned by private equity owner.
    • Performed a financial analysis to evaluate the impact of mergers and acquisitions and capital offerings for multiple companies in the fintech, mortgage origination, and mortgage servicing industry.
