- Established a partnership-based standalone international beverage business unit, managing the import, marketing, and sales of a portfolio of iconic global brands, including Miller, Heineken, Dos Equis, and Strongbow.
- Managed profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for a business worth around $200 million, with teams across supply chain and distribution, planning, finance, marketing, and sales.
- Deployed a marketing budget of over $20 million with full-circle deployment, including media production, and launched two new brands from product development to launch.
