    • Conducted due diligence by evaluating and analyzing financial statements, operating metrics, customer and supplier contracts, marketing strategies, HR and compensation policies, insurance, board minutes, and facilities.
    • Managed lawyers, accountants, consultants, and other third-party diligence service providers.
    • Prepared and presented over 100 valuations and investment opinions to senior team members and the investment committee.
    • Assisted in managing four portfolio companies from a board level by analyzing financial performance along with joint venture, sale, acquisition, restructuring, and refinancing opportunities.
    • Worked on over $1 billion of transactions in oilfield services, industrials, specialty finance, insurance, construction, and agriculture.
