  • Negotiated and received letters of intent (LOIs) from Compton Transfer and Boise Cascade to lease 60% of Garrity Commerce Center.
  • Developed project finance models for both internal and external use on multiple projects ranging in size from $1 million to $300 million.
  • Built the financial model, performed due diligence and assisted in raising capital for the $20 million Cottonwood Commerce Center and for a $10 million Ken Carlye commercial building.
  • Built the financial model for the $300 million Tree Farm project and for the $50 million Cerise Ranch project.
