    • Provided M&A and business valuation services for entrepreneurs and companies across several industries, including healthcare, technology, and other sectors.
    • Performed deal sourcing and target analysis for a venture capital subsidiary of a multi-billion dollar organization. This included identifying over 800 targets within one vertical, creating target summaries and supporting the M&A corporate team.
    • Served as the interim CFO of a startup hedge fund focused on short term capital funding for middle market companies, in which I worked directly with the CEO on financial modeling, pitch deck preparation and strategic planning.
    • Performed financial modeling for a healthcare provider planning to expand its services in a new geographical, which included building a dynamic 3-statement model with exit value considerations built in.

  • Deal Advisory Manager

    2015 - 2017
    • Managed the financial due diligence on M&A deals valued between US $20 million to over US $1 billion for both strategic buyers and private equity groups, including managing global team members to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
    • Directed significant aspects of a due diligence engagement, including quality of earnings, carve-out, and revenue analysis for a US $1.05 billion cross-border transactions of a private company.
    • Performed comprehensive financial analysis of target companies, including detailed revenue modeling, to present a normalized view of EBITDA (quality of earnings), net debt, and net working capital.
    • Conducted interviews of senior management and finance teams to obtain information to support the due diligence scope of work. This included identifying unusual items, changes in accounting, or other matters that would impact the Target.
