    • Spearheaded the operating model redesign and transition planning effort to a third-party administrator for a US life insurer. Developed phased models based on key transition dates and identified cost savings opportunities.

    • Worked with the COO to identify immediate low-cost changes to improve service-level agreements (SLA).

    • Directed a transformation management office for a leading US annuities provider as they moved from legacy, internally-built systems to a software-as-a-service provider. Established program management standards for a 50-person, 3-year transformation.
    • Led business process design and business impact analysis for a leading Canadian insurer's new policy administration implementation. The project was one of the largest and most complex technology implementations the client had ever undertaken.
