  • Built a 10-year three-statement forecast and valuation model for a software services business for sell-side purposes. Worked with the management to identify the drivers for the revenue segments and understand forecast trends to include in the model.

  • Performed extensive financial modeling to build an investment case (scenario analysis, returns, and multiples analysis) for a UK-based infrastructure fund in their investment in Denmark's largest biogas producer, valued at an EV of €150 million.
  • Completed retrospective valuation (DCF and multiples analysis) of the restructured Danish operations of a global computer software company in the context of a tax dispute; prepared a detailed report on valuation technicalities for court submissions.
  • Performed a preliminary purchase price allocation under IFRS for Danfoss’ $3.3 billion acquisition of Eaton Hydraulics, including the fair valuation of intangible assets and acquired net assets to be consolidated into multiple global subsidiaries.
  • Built the financial model on behalf of a Danish infrastructure fund looking into a potential investment in gas pipe assets in the Nordics, taking into account various debt and equity funding structures and complex tax considerations.
  • Performed financial model review for a portfolio of four geothermal projects in Europe under tight deadlines and across multiple iterations. The financial model was used to support an investment decision in these projects.
  • Reviewed the valuation of investment in two German onshore wind farms, which included reviewing the forecast assumptions applied in the forecast financial model on behalf of a Danish pension fund on an annual recurring basis.
