The program is a comprehensive, ongoing roadmap of the bilateral agricultural relations between the countries—including the opening of the Chinese markets to new Ukrainian agriculture products and long-term investment cooperation.
- Interacted daily with the Ukrainian and Chinese diplomatic circles, Ukrainian authorities, state phytosanitary and veterinary service, producer associations, individual producers, investment project owners and advisors, logistics experts and operators, and state corporations involved in Ukraine-China relations.
- Performed various analyses for the preparation of the program—including a deep review of bilateral export-import operations for a variety of agricultural and food products, analysis of available and required logistics and infrastructure assets in Ukraine, analysis of bilateral phytosanitary issues, and a review of the existing and potential bilateral investment flows in the agricultural sector.

The deal was to be worth USD $3 billion in equity and debt, but the government made a modified deal with China for a USD $3 billion loan and long-term commercial contract for the company.
- Provided preparation services for an initial public offering (IPO) on the junior Warsaw market for a Ukrainian regional tomato sauce producer.
- Conducted the predevelopment conceptualization, full-project management, and financial modeling for a multi-functional real estate project (consisting of a mall, aqua-park, entertainment park, techno-park, and a roofed 12,000 seat sports arena) worth over USD $300 million.

- Conducted a buy-side target review, due diligence, limited buy-side advisory, and post-merger performance review for a buy-side deal by one of the largest European commercial banking groups. The target was a top 15 Ukrainian bank and the deal was worth over USD $250 million.
- Provided sell-side advisory services for a Class A office building—resulting in a deal with the highest cap rate for office real estate in the Ukraine at the time. The total deal value was close to USD $30 million.
- Gave sell-side advisory services for an agricultural holding (grain elevators, land) that resulted in a successful joint venture with an agriculture-focused European investment fund.
- Prepared a bankable feasibility study for construction of an electrometallurgical plant for one of the top steel-making holdings in Ukraine—resulting in the successful finance raising of over USD $300 million.
- Implemented a financial model at the Ukrainian state-owned railway monopoly under loan requirements by the primary international lender to the company.
- Served as the Ernst & Young Ukraine Country Coordinator for EuropeAid/TACIS/EBRD/WB projects. Participated in global strategic development of the EU/WB accounts, taking an active part in biannual global partner/director account meetings and weekly global conference calls; structured Ukrainian and CIS approach to the accounts, and coordinated direct cross-departmental proposal preparations and creation of consortiums with external experts/consultants on various projects.
