This project involved a growing demand for content to scale our output. I developed a programmatic SEO strategy with an SEO manager to enable this growth without an exponential cost increase.

We identified areas with high content demand and defined a briefing and publication process that interwove SEO research, AI tools and automation, careful human editing, and content optimization to help us increase the volume and quality of our output. Once these processes were tweaked and perfected, they enabled us to drastically improve our production while giving us a more transparent overview of existing content and the ability to schedule content maintenance cycles.

Blog Restructuring for Albelli

Restructured blog categories and content infrastructure to help improve content usability and lifecycle processes.

The platform's growing complexity required process optimization and a content strategy to remain scalable. To achieve this, I implemented content categories based on customer insights and strategic business needs. The categories were simplified, and the content production process was optimized. With these optimization initiatives, content was planned and developed as part of a more comprehensive interconnected series.

Smart Assistant Launch for Albelli

Offered brand and content marketing support for the successful launch of a software product built to make the process of creating photo products more streamlined and easy.

The Smart Assistant is a software tool that enabled users of the Albelli ecosystem to drastically reduce the time needed to create a photo book. This tool's launch was a full product launch involving a cross-functional team, including developers, marketing experts, UX designers, and brand strategists. I led the marketing side of the project, with a strong focus on CX, ensuring communications aligned with ever-changing specs and business needs.

Organic Traffic Growth for Roots

Increased organic traffic to the Roots blog by over 1,000% in four months.

Roots offered a niche product consisting of Slack plugins to facilitate the HR management of remote workers. This project involved creating awareness around the product and the solutions it provides. It was crucial to ensure the product was known, understood, and advocated for even outside of HR departments to improve remote workers' working lives.

A detailed SEO plan was rolled out to achieve those project goals. This plan included careful planning of the publication cadence and volume, cautious keyword research to ensure all efforts would yield the best results and optimization of content creation processes to ensure we could increase production as needed while always maintaining top quality. As a result, the Roots blog grew by over 1,000% in only four months.
