Managed all tracking initiatives for one of SEI's unique brands.

I created tracking codes to support the entire marketing team of one of SEI's distinct brands. I also collaborated with the marketing automation core team to develop a roadmap, processes, and priorities and enhance marketing automation initiatives.

Marketing Technology Stack Migration

Advanced the company from legacy lead management systems to automation platforms like Eloqua and Salesforce.

I implemented solutions supporting business strategy during and after migrating to Eloqua and Salesforce for three of SEI's unique brands. I also facilitated a large, multiyear project to migrate a marketing technology suite and ensured minimal disruption to ongoing operations while consolidating two unique brands and their processes. Additionally, I developed a framework for reconstructing lead management attribution models and tracking methodologies, transitioning from proprietary systems to Eloqua. I also optimized email and lead management processes post-migration.

New CRM Automated Workflow Development

Developed foundational workflows to ensure our new CRM system had the automated solutions and outcomes necessary to prevent business disruption.

After developing the business and technical requirements for the new automated lead management system, I worked directly with the development team to recreate, automate, and optimize existing workflows to improve our speed to lead times.
