Retail Credit Card Market Expansion

Created a marketing strategy to help an existing retail credit card provider expand their credit card adoption and usage by instituting a referral program.

A technology company known for its consumer products has a financial services arm. They were seeking innovative ways of generating more awareness of their retail credit card to get more customers to sign up for the credit card and drive transactions on the card. I outlined the existing infrastructure of their consumer program and gained insights into the personas of their buyers, existing credit card holders, and buying patterns. Using that data, I was able to provide a plan on how we can invest deeper into the user personas that have a higher probability of signing up for the retail card for upcoming purchases and how to incentivize them to share the benefits with their network.
