I leveraged Jobs to be Done (JTBD) and Kano Model frameworks to uncover user needs and prioritize features. I then conducted focus groups, contextual inquiries, and observational research to understand user behavior, synthesizing insights into user personas, journey maps, and opportunity areas. In addition, my efforts facilitated usability testing and cognitive walkthroughs, conducting MaxDiff and Conjoint analysis on prototypes to refine user experience and ensure alignment with the brand strategy.

eCommerce Brand Upliftment Study and Customer Retention

Helped launch a brand-only property through qualitative research for one of the fastest-growing eCommerce apps, improving customer retention and satisfaction.

I oversaw 30 in-depth interviews across six cities, including mobile shop-alongs and data analysis, to identify client-relevant insights on brand perception, purchase drivers, and user experience to enable customer retention. I also coordinated with 3rd-party vendors to ensure project timelines and budget adherence. In addition, I delivered a brand workshop leading to converting a first-time client into a repeat customer, securing CAD 17,000 in additional business.
