Project History

Spark

Led the design and development of Spark/Kettledrum custom game engine as CEO of Thinking Bottle Games.

Thinking Bottle Games was launched to help custom gamers be able to quickly build custom games that we wanted to play. We raised over $400,000, had 15 people working all around the world, and were able to launch our alpha on time and under budget. Our game engine was easily manipulatable, our art development and game design were thoroughly thought out, and we had built a community of over 9,200 people on Discord and Steam.

Alpha Lab

Developed design thinking "lab" that connected innovators solving regional issues with educational technology.

The Alpha Lab project used the design thinking process to identify and solve waste and misspending by bringing more educator voice to the technology needs. Through the use of a machine-learning enabled concept mapping system, we were able to identify the needs of educators and create categories of needs of educators, students, and administrators for public school systems. From there we had proposed aligning a lab within a university to create a space for innovators to bring solutions to solve for regional needs. We were tied to purchasing processes of regional educational cooperative and built out partnerships.

Source Elements Community and Academy Project

Led the design, development, and initial launch of Source Element’s Community and Academy project wishing 60 days of assignment, on time, and under budget.

Source Elements is a collaboration platform built for the stage that enables remote timed audio and video from anywhere to anywhere. The community was born out of the need to develop connections with Source Elements clients as they grew rapidly. I created a list of recommendations, outlined a project plan, and built and leverage a team to create and launch a platform within the predefined timeframe. The platform was set for client use and to launch Source Elements Academy.

Led a product development team for generative AI solutions for enterprise services that resulted in $15+ million in savings

As a product director at Carelon.AI, I led the scoping and implementation of AI solutions across internal services, including HR, finance, accounting, legal, and marketing. In this role, I established reusable AI solutions that scaled effectively across the organization, driving efficiency and innovation. These initiatives resulted in over $15 million in savings, enhanced employee interactions, and reduced system lag, significantly improving operational workflows and overall organizational performance.
