Texada Pay is an integrated payment solution that helps Texada customers who generate billions of dollars in invoices each year get paid faster and with higher accuracy. This product's market appeal was instantly visible through the quick customer buying cycles in a usually complex and time-consuming industry.

Texada Analytics - BI and Data Visualization

Led the creation and development of a business intelligence and dashboard tool for the equipment rental industry.

Worked with customers and prospects to validate which views would deliver the best insights on how to improve their business. Collaborated with data analysts and database developers to craft models and views. Designed the go-to-market strategy and helped land the first customers before handing them off to the sales team.

Field Service Mobile Application

Led the development and launch of the Field Service Management app for equipment repairs.

Texada Mobile is used by mechanics and dispatchers in North America as well as Australia and New Zealand. I was the lead product manager for the early years as the ideas were being generated, validated, and developed.

Software for QA Automation

Led product and go-to-market strategy for a QA automation platform to grow paying subscribers by 200% in 18 months.

I worked closely with the CEO to set product strategy and positioning through market research, competitive analysis, and user discovery sessions. I was able to identify the unmet market needs of users to improve their QA automation.

I validated market needs through user sessions reviewing upcoming designs to ensure that the right features are being built to maximize the impact of all development.

Once validated, I worked to get features into development through into production release, and measure the impact of the features on overall company goals.

Product Growth Manager for Streaming Platform

Ideated growth levers that could be pulled to improve the user growth and monetization of current users. Achieved $300,000 in additional revenue in the first month of execution.

The client was in the adult content space, and I worked with them to evaluate their user acquisition and monetization approaches. I reviewed their internal KPIs, Google Analytics, Adwords, and top-line revenue through the project.

After speaking with management, internal teams, and end-users, I proposed a series of strategic initiatives that could help them grow. We discussed the resources needed to execute, the potential lift from each initiative, and chose which ones to complete in what order.

VP of Product Growth for Virtual Desktop Saas

Led the development of product positioning, competitive analysis, battle cards, and go-to-market strategy for a Saas business in the VDI space. Grew sales pipeline five times in three months with more consistent MQL and SQLs than they have ever had.
