  • Served as the head of product at CloudNC's AI-powered computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software and factory operating systems. Led the team to increase the percentage of metal parts made at the factory with the CAM software from 0% to 30%.
  • Operated as the product owner of the order management system (OMS) and the factory operating system (FOS) that more than halved the time spent scheduling, procurement, task assignments, and delivery.
  • Implemented the Agile methodology across six technology teams at CloudNC to bring more structure and optimize development time.
  • Created three product backlogs—all using different prioritization criteria and following the scorecard methodology—to find the most valuable, usable, and feasible user stories.
