Project History
120-person R&D Organization Transformation into Product Teams
Co-led the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework for a 120-staff R&D organization within five months, creating new roles and processes to improve product delivery.
During that time, we introduced new responsibilities (product owner, scrum master), conducted role-specific training to the whole organization on Agile practices, improved the processes, and assembled full-stack product teams. With these changes and clearer ownership, we successfully improved the speed and quality of product delivery.
Scaling a Legacy Product to Handle 8 Billion Transactions a Day
Selected and prioritized product improvements for a SaaS marketing automation engine to handle over 8-billion interactions during the peak times of Black Friday.
The challenge was prioritizing product and technical improvements for the engine to prevent it from being a single point of failure during the peak load of Black Friday. In the end, with the optimizations made, the product could handle a load of over 8 billion transactions during a day.
