WhatsApp Transfers in Nubank
Led the implementation and go-to-market strategy for Nubank's integration with WhatsApp for banking transfers.
I built our strategy around the value proposition for Nubank's users and aligned expectations with stakeholders: Nubank leadership, Facebook's business developers, and Mastercard.
Since many actors were involved, I had a key role in ensuring that everyone was on the same page about strategy, objectives, and key results. Additionally, I played a critical role in providing product context to my development team and ensuring we built the right product.
Debit Card and Check Account for Big Neobank
Led growth from 1 million to 16 million monthly users on the debit card product. Paired with the Onboarding team to increase account activation conversion by 15%.
Through the virtual debit card feature, we were able to shorten users' aha moments during their journey and provide value earlier.
