Led product management to engage customers, analyze data, formulate a hypothesis, product vision, roadmap, and backlog to build a highly anticipated video-on-demand feature. Video-on-demand enables customers to replay live events, monetize them more than once, and generate evergreen content. This encourages customers to stay and commit to the Wowza platform beyond a single event, thus reducing churn and generating more recurring revenue.
